Share the booking page with participants who book and pay directly on WeTravel. You can also integrate our booking widget in your own site, so participants can pay without ever leaving your own website.

3. Manage Bookings & Financials
WeTravel saves you money by offering the lowest payment processing fees in the travel industry. Plus, our organizer dashboard allows you to easily manage all financials (refunds, custom prices, discount codes, payment plans, balance due reminders) and all communications with your participants.

4. Transfer Funds Instantly
When you are ready, you can transfer the funds to your account or directly to third parties anywhere in the world using our Supplier Transfer network. As a WeTravel account holder, you can also apply for the WeTravel Card, a virtual (or plastic) Visa credit card that allows you to transfer funds the moment you make a sale. Use it anywhere Visa is accepted, with no monthly fees, sign-up fees, or annual fees.

How much does it cost to use WeTravel?

We offer the lowest fees in the travel industry by giving your clients an alternative to credit cards. In addition to paying with a credit card, clients can easily pay online with their bank accounts. This means accepting online payments for as low as 1% + $0.30 per transaction.

WeTravel allows you to collect payments in almost any currency, but we only hold funds in USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, ZAR, and AUD.

How much does it cost to transfer the funds to my account?

When using WeTravel Payment Processing and collecting in USD, GBP or Euros, transfers to your own bank accounts are free.

Are there fees for refunds?

When using WeTravel Payment Processing, refunds are free and all fees incurred are reimbursed, including CC fees. When connecting your own Stripe account, refund fees are determined by Stripe.

Do you offer a white-label solution?

WeTravel Pro gives you WeTravel’s payment & booking system all while putting your brand front and center. With WeTravel Pro, the entire booking process is custom branded. Your customers do not see any links to other offerings on WeTravel and all automatic emails related to your trips contain your logo.
