For Participants

When you visit or make a booking through a travel company/organizer's WeTravel-powered software service, the travel company/organizer you're visiting or buying from legally controls your information. As a result, WeTravel doesn't, for example, decide how long your information is retained because that decision is made by the travel company/organizer. This means that WeTravel can't help you access, correct, erase, or port your information without being directed to by the travel company/organizer. If you need to delete your personal information, please reach out to the travel company/organizer and ask them to complete the deletion form on your behalf.

For Trip Organizers

If you are submitting a request regarding your information, please select “Trip organizer - own data”. If you are submitting a request on behalf of a participant of your particular trip, please select “Trip organizer - participant data”. Please provide the email address and name of the participant in the “Request Details” section.

Requests have to come from the email address associated with your WeTravel account. 

For Job Applicants

We manage hiring through a 3rd party platform. You can access, correct, erase, or port your information yourself here.

For Other Data Subjects

You can use this form to submit a request regarding your personal information that is processed by WeTravel. Please provide details in the “Request Details” section and we will respond as soon as possible.
