What fees are associated with using the WeTravel Card?

There are no application, annual, or per-card fees, and you won’t be charged for payments made in USD within the U.S. However, international transaction fees and FX markups apply.

How quickly can I access funds on my WeTravel Card?

You can transfer any funds collected on WeTravel to your card as soon as they are processed. Payments made with credit or debit cards are available immediately, while bank transfers may take 4-7 business days. To access the full terms regarding fund transfers, please review the WeTravel User Agreement.

Can I create multiple WeTravel Cards?

Yes, you can create up to ten cards (more if needed by your business and you reach out to support) for individual team members, on-the-ground expenses, or marketing purposes. Please ensure you are aware of the terms outlined in the WeTravel User Agreement regarding multi-card usage.

What can I use the WeTravel Card for?

The WeTravel Card can be used for business expenses only, including payments to suppliers, marketing expenses, and digital tool subscriptions. Personal expenses or salaries are not permitted. For a complete understanding of allowed uses, please refer to your agreement with WeTravel.

Am I eligible for a WeTravel Card?

To be eligible, your business must be U.S. -registered, have a verified WeTravel account, and maintain a local US bank account. Terms and conditions apply.

What should I do if my WeTravel Card is lost or stolen?

If your WeTravel Card is lost or stolen, you can immediately freeze or terminate the card within your account to prevent unauthorized transactions.

How do I handle disputes or charge errors with my WeTravel Card?

In case of disputed charges or errors, you must report them immediately. Follow the procedures outlined in your account to submit a dispute to our support team and provide necessary details for investigation.

Can I use my WeTravel Card internationally?

Yes, the WeTravel Card can be used anywhere Visa® is accepted; however, be aware of the international transaction fees that may apply for payments made in currencies other than USD. Please note that WeTravel Cards are marketed only to U.S. businesses, and users located outside the U.S. are not eligible for a WeTravel Card. Be sure to review the relevant terms in the WeTravel User Agreement.
