The Basic plan is well-suited for small teams that run only a couple of trips per year and need only essential payment and trip management tools. You can also upgrade to Pro with a monthly subscription and cancel when you don’t have active trips running.
How do I upgrade my subscription?
You can upgrade at any time from your Account Settings under Billing. Your Pro features will be active right away. If you have problems with the upgrade, you can always contact our customer support team via chat on the platform, WhatsApp, or email.
How often will I be charged?
When upgrading your account, you will be able to choose to pay monthly or yearly.
What would be the cost of a Pro subscription for my business? Do I need to pay to add more users?
Pro costs $79 per month per organization, regardless of the number of team members or the size of your business.
There are no extra user fees, and you can add unlimited team members at no cost.
How easy is it to switch from my current system?

You can price trips and accept traveler payments in most global currencies, including USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, MXN, BRL, ZAR, and more. Payment processing fees depend on the payment method. Do you offer a white-label solution?
Yes. With a Pro subscription, you can unlock key white-label elements such as custom URLs and branded traveler login pages.
Can I integrate WeTravel with my own system?
Yes. Pro includes access to the Partner API that allows you to connect your CRM, tour ERP, accounting software, or custom database to WeTravel. The API supports any number of connected systems and automates the flow of sending data to or retrieving data from WeTravel. You can also use Zapier to build workflows across different platforms. And integrate Google Analytics 4 or Advanced Google Analytics to collect data.
