Create a free WeTravel account by filling in your travel business details like address, name, logo, etc. Once everything has been set up, you can choose to continue with your free WeTravel account or upgrade to a Pro account to unlock more features. 

Please note that you’ll need to go through our Trust & Verification process before you start collecting funds. 

2. Create a Bookable Itinerary Page

Create an eye-catching, shareable or private, booking page with itineraries, photos, day-by-day descriptions, and custom details all in one place in just a few minutes.

3. Easily Collect Payments

You can choose to create a custom button to include a booking flow with all your trip details, add-on options, payment methods, and more directly on your website or share the link directly with your clients.

4. Manage Bookings & Finances

WeTravel saves your travel business money by offering some of the lowest payment processing fees for the travel industry. 

Our organizer dashboard lets you manage all financials (refunds, custom prices, discount codes, payment plans, balance due reminders) easily, edit booking details, and schedule all communications with your participants.

5. Transfer Funds Instantly

When you are ready, you can transfer your collected funds with our instant or standard payouts or directly to vendors anywhere in the world using our vendor transfer network.

How much does it cost to use WeTravel?

You can sign up to use WeTravel for free, opt to subscribe to our Pro account for $79 USD per month or talk to us to create a custom solution for your Enterprise travel business.

WeTravel offers its customers some of the most convenient payment processing fees in the market, always with transparent pricing and no hidden costs. This means accepting online payments with a fee starting as low as 1% + $0.30 per transaction.

What payment methods does WeTravel accept?

WeTravel accepts most major credit cards and bank accounts to collect funds in several different currencies like USD, EUR, GBP, and more. See the list in full here.

Which currencies can I collect payments in?

WeTravel allows you to collect payments in almost any currency, but we only hold funds in USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, ZAR, and AUD.

How much does it cost to transfer the funds to my account?

When using WeTravel’s payment processing and collecting funds in USD or EUR, transfers to your own bank accounts are free.

Are there fees for refunds?

When using WeTravel’s payment processing, refunds are free, and all fees incurred are reimbursed, including credit card fees.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No, you can cancel or downgrade your plan anytime with no commitments.

Does WeTravel offer a white-label solution?

WeTravel Pro provides you with an entire booking flow that can be custom-branded. Your customers do not see any links to other offerings on WeTravel, and all automatic emails related to your trips contain your logo.
