Yes, you can create payment plans and divide the total amount into multiple installments with customizable due dates and amounts. If changes are needed after the plan is set up, you can adjust the due dates and amounts. Learn more about payment plans here.
Can I message all my bookers at once with just one click?
Yes, the Messages feature in your trip dashboard allows you to easily email all participants at once. You can also send messages to specific participants, request additional information from the trip group, and schedule messages to be sent at your preferred time. How can I save time by making bulk updates to multiple bookings?

How can my bookers pay for their installments?
With WeTravel’s flexible payment options, travelers can choose to pay for their installments in a way that suits them. At checkout, the traveler can select their local currency and local payment method, such as ACH in the US, PAD in Canada, SEPA and iDeal in Europe, BACS in UK and BECS in Australia. The organizer will still receive payment in their operational currency. This means that both the traveler and the organizer save on fees. Learn more about how it works here.
